flashlight not found readily available - request 2nd flashlight included in disaster grab and go kit w/ back up power door to basement is not licensed and should remain locked during child care hours w/ unlocking device/key readily available that is not accessible to children exit doors do not have exit signs posted *all door knobs should be single action handles
